Materials & frame technology

Engineered for the way these bikes are actually ridden.

MaterialWhere we use it
Aluminum alloyLightweight 6061-T6 frames, hydroformed where it counts for stiffness without the weight.
Hi-ten & chromolyDurable steel for dirt-jump and hard-use builds that take a beating and come back for more.
24 / 26 / 27.5" wheelsYouth-to-adult sizing across the lineup, with 24" options for smaller riders.
Tuned geometryHead angle, reach and standover sized for trail confidence and jump control.

Inside the plant

Four stages, one controlled flow from tube to finished bike.

MEIRX frame welding in the plant

01 · Welding

Precision frame welding

TIG and robotic welding cells build consistent, clean joints across aluminum and steel frames. Jigs and fixtures hold tight tolerances so every frame rides the same.

  • Aluminum alloy and hi-ten steel frames
  • Robotic + hand-finishing weld cells
  • In-process alignment checks

02 · Paint & finish

Candy colorways & coatings

Multi-stage paint lines deliver the bold candy finishes MEIRX is known for, and the flexible color program that lets OEM partners run their own palettes.

  • Signature candy-purple and custom palettes
  • Powder-coat and liquid paint options
  • Private-label decal and color programs

03 · QC & testing

Inspection before it ships

Every batch passes incoming-material checks, in-line inspections and a final audit, so containers leave the factory ready for the showroom, not the warranty desk.

  • Component and raw-material incoming inspection
  • Ride, brake and alignment final audit
  • Export packing and container-load checks

04 · Engineering & R&D

Design that rides

An in-house engineering team turns a brief into a rideable bike - tube profiles, geometry and spec balanced for the rider, then validated on the bench and the trail.

  • Proprietary geometry and tube profiling
  • Prototype builds and ride validation
  • OEM partner co-development

Manufacturing & OEM FAQ

Are MEIRX frames welded and painted in-house?
Yes. Every MEIRX frame is designed, welded, painted, assembled and inspected in our own plant - so quality and lead times stay in our hands rather than a trading company’s.
What frame materials does MEIRX use?
We build primarily with 6061-T6 aluminum alloy for a strong, light trail and dirt-jump chassis, and chromoly steel for ride-quality focused builds. Material is selected per model and OEM spec.
Can you customize frame geometry for OEM and private-label clients?
Yes. As a full in-house manufacturer we can customize frame geometry, component spec and colorways for OEM and private-label partners. Share your requirements and we prepare a sample.
What does your quality control process cover?
Our QC covers weld inspection, frame alignment, paint and finish, component assembly and a pre-shipment check on every unit before it leaves the plant. Bikes are built to the ISO 4210 safety standard.
What wheel sizes can you manufacture?
We build youth and adult wheel sizes including 24", 26" and 27.5" for trail hardtails and dirt-jump bikes, and adapt sizing to the target market and rider profile.
What are your MOQ and lead times for OEM production?
MOQ is one 20-ft container - around 100 bikes, depending on model and packaging. Standard catalog models can ship in 2-4 weeks; customized OEM/ODM runs usually take 30-60 days including sampling and production.
