Bicycle Quality Control: 3-Stage QC & Third-Party Inspection

Quality control is what separates a factory from a trading desk. For a brand putting its name on a bike, the QC process is the safety net.

Three stages

  • Incoming: materials and bought-in parts checked before they enter the line.
  • In-process: welding, alignment and paint verified as the bike is built.
  • Final: the assembled bike inspected, tested and packed to standard.

Standards and verification

MEIRX runs an ISO 9001 quality management system and builds to the ISO 4210 bicycle safety standard. We also support CE and RoHS documentation and can work with SGS, TUV, BV or an inspector you name for independent verification.

For brands

A documented QC process plus the option of third-party inspection is what protects your brand at the port and beyond. See the manufacturing page, or open a brief to discuss audit and verification for your order.
